We’re looking for someone special to join the Kaia Bowls Franchising team.

The Role:
Operations & Systems Manager — the person who keeps our franchisor machine running smoothly. You’ll architect our cloud workflows, support our franchise communications, handle administrative excellence, and bring marketing and accounting awareness to the table. Think: strategic administrator meets tech-savvy operational problem-solver.
You’re a fit if you:
• Are expert-level in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel — the whole suite)
• Have 3+ years of admin or operations experience, ideally in QSR or franchise
• Love automation, systems thinking, and turning chaos into clarity
• Communicate clearly and take ownership without being asked
• Are curious about learning new tools and growing alongside a scaling franchise brand
Bonus points:
Power Automate, Power BI, basic accounting knowledge, or franchise experience.
The Details:
Hybrid role based in Clearwater, Florida. Salary $35K–$45k.
