We are seeking a highly organized, tech savvy, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support our team leader and large real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can manage operations, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee administrative functions to ensure office efficiency and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of coordination between agents, administrative staff, and leadership
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, including setting up online profiles and training materials
  • Manage and prep for meetings, events, and marketing plans
  • Assist with document preparation, contracts, and marketing materials
  • Create Systems to implement / automate / track marketing plans.
  • Set up online programs and automations to work seamlessly
  • Coordinate with local businesses for events and partnerships
  • Oversee team accountability
  • Manage budgets, office supplies, and agent/client gifts
  • Handle incoming inquiries and database management

  • Available Full-time Mon-Friday 8:00-5:00pm
