Contract to hire (9‑month C2H)

Location: Virginia Beach Town Center

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an office management, administrative, or similar support role
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with executive‑level stakeholders
  • Strong soft skills, including mindfulness, active listening, and ability to repeat information back accurately
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience supporting HR teams or executive leadership
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment with senior leadership presence

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including general maintenance and organization
  • Order, stock, and maintain office supplies and shared resources
  • Partner with IT on office‑related needs and coordination (on‑site IT team of three)
  • Provide light administrative support to the CEO and VP of HR as needed
  • Support the HR team with data entry and inbox communication
  • Help maintain a polished, professional office environment for employees and ELT visitors
  • Serve as a point of contact for office‑related questions and requests
