About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Offer Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of an offering portfolio from launch through implementation end to end. This will include looking wholistically across the portfolio lifecycle including validating market needs, defining the value proposition, and ensuring the products align with what the market segment requires – ultimately resulting in successful implementations of the ArcFM Solution. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Professional Services and Partner teams to drive product adoption, optimize customer value, and maximize value capture.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $105,500 - $130,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure Customer Success
    • Provide guidance and ad-hoc support for critical projects by filling gaps and ultimately ensuring customer success working closely with the RSC, partner organization and sales team to “connect the dots.”
    • Leverage technical expertise and product knowledge to respond to customer requirements and ensure product fit.
  2. Value Proposition and Positioning
    • Work with Product Managers to define the value proposition, target audience, and competitive positioning of the complete portfolio. 
  3. Product Commercialization
    • Manage product packaging pricing, profitability, and commercial success. 
  4. Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Define the Go-to-Market strategy including direct sales, front offices and through the Schneider Electric network of certified partners.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product management and sales teams to develop and execute a successful launch and marketing plan. 
  5. Market Research & Analysis
    • Understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and analyze competitor offerings at the portfolio level.
  6. Develop and Implement Services Offerings to Ensure Market Fit
    • Develop, own and structure pilot and services offerings like POCs, POVs to standardize the approach and scale out across the customer base – focusing on monetization and repeatability of the offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with Smart Grid solutions is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Management for enterprise software products is required
  • Experience with the Electric utility industry – including trends, challenges and the IT landscape is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences at all levels of the organization and customer-facing messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge about electrical power engineering, and T&D network concepts is preferred
  • Excellent collaboration and good organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel
