Of Counsel - Civil Litigation Defense

Leading law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with Trial experience. This is an excellent opportunity to assume a key leadership role. Ideal candidate will have 12+ years of litigation experience. Prior first and/or second chair trial experience preferred. This role can be based anywhere in Northern California. Option to work fully remote or in office in their San Francisco office.

Experience in one or more of the following areas desired: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation.

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• Trial experience (first and/or second chair)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Prior supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court hearings, mediations and depositions
• Manage a team

Base salary up to 250k+ (DOE) + Monthly Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Fully Remote or Hybrid
