Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented OE Operations Coordinator to join our Original Equipment team in Detroit, MI. This role supports end-to-end supply chain operations for North American and Mexican OEM programs, including demand coordination, production planning, inventory management, and shipment execution.

The position works closely with manufacturing plants and the OE/Production teams in Korea to ensure smooth coordination of production, transportation, inventory, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support OEM demand coordination and align with production and supply plans
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants to manage production schedules and shipment readiness
• Monitor inventory levels and support supply allocation to meet customer requirements
• Manage order processing, shipment execution, and related documentation
• Coordinate inland and overseas transportation and work with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with plant teams to resolve production, shipment, and supply issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 1~2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Experience working in a manufacturing or OEM environment preferred
• Familiarity with ERP- SAP system
• Professional level of communication in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
