Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Current Oregon OT license required to start assignment.
  • Experience with both pediatric and adult populations required; outpatient experience treating all ages preferred.
  • Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred due to split-site duties.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • NPI number required.
  • Ability to meet client compliance deadline two weeks prior to start; complete compliance profile required before assignment start.

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: 4 x 10-hour shifts.
  • Typical Weekly Schedule: Monday in both inpatient and outpatient at Gold Beach location; Tuesday–Thursday outpatient in Brookings (candidate should be prepared to work at multiple clinic locations as needed).
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks (client open to longer duration).
  • Required: Pediatric and adult experience.
  • Compliance Requirement: Full compliance profile due two weeks prior to start.
