Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Director to oversee and coordinate the clinical education and competency process for the Occupational Therapy Department staff. As the Occupational Therapy Director, you will be responsible for:

• Providing clinical oversight and direct supervision of certified Occupational Therapy assistants (COTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and professional standards
• Overseeing the Occupational Therapy policy and procedure manual, including scope of care, evaluation/treatment standards, discharge planning, and documentation
• Evaluating and treating patients 80% of the time, with the remaining 20% dedicated to program development and administrative tasks
• Functioning in accordance with the State Practice Act

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and potential Saturday shifts
