The hourly rate for this position starts at $45.00 per hour. **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is be offered for this position. Please see a member of Human Resources for the program details.
Occupational Therapist- Full Time

Your responsibilities:
· Provide Occupational Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation
· Supervise and direct OTA in the implementation and progress of the patient treatment plan
· Communicate patient status and needs to the patient, the patient’s family, and other healthcare professionals, as appropriate
· Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll
Required skills and qualifications:
*Active Occupational Therapist license in Florida
* Previous SNF therapy experience
