MainStreet Family Care is hiring an Occupational Medicine & Workers’ Compensation Account Specialist to support the employer-facing side of our growing organization.This roleis fully in-office (indowntown Birmingham, AL)andoffers direct exposure tothe billing, reconciliation, and account management processes that power services across 65+ clinics throughout the Southeast.

WhatYou’llDo
• Manage business-to-business (B2B) employer accounts, working directly with companies and third-party administrators
• Conduct employer account follow-up and collections
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
•Maintainaccuratefinancial documentation across a multi-clinic network
• Work with ourcross-departmentalteamsto supportand growtheOM/WCservice function of MainStreet
