Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to provide high-quality care in one of three flexible practice models. - Hospitalist: Focused on inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including emergency response, deliveries, and surgical interventions. - Clinic-Based: Outpatient OB/GYN services with a focus on preventive care, routine checkups, and long-term patient relationships. - Hybrid Role: A combination of both hospital and clinic-based responsibilities. Responsibilities: For Hospitalists: Provide in-house coverage for unassigned or emergent obstetric patients, respond to OB and GYN emergency cases. For Clinic-Based Physicians: Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care. For Hybrid Physicians: Balance inpatient and outpatient responsibilities to ensure continuity of care. Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Eligible for Delaware medical licensure.
