Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Division Director through immediate supervisors; plans, organizes, and evaluates the nutrition component of Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Conducts group education and health assessments and certifies clients eligible for WIC. Performs hemoglobin screenings; assesses needs for health and social services; develops an individual care plan in conjunction with clients; periodic assessments, follow-up, and referral activities. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Wednesday hours 10:30 am-6:30 pm. Must be flexible to work at satellite clinics and hours as assigned, including evenings.
