Job Duties:
Provides care to patients such as ambulating, feeding, bathing, positioning, and lifting.
Sterilize equipment and supplies.
Measures temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, height, and weight; records in the patient's medical record.
Position-Specific Details:
Location:This position is located in the Nursing Department of the LA Veterans Home in Jackson, Louisiana.
Appointment Type:WAE / Part Time(not to exceed 1,245 hours in a 12-month period)
Work Schedule:Alternating Shifts (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM / 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM). Schedule may vary depending on your availability and need to cover shifts.
Compensation:Salary offered is $15.00 hourly &Shift Differentials.
