Nursing Educator -Part Time Adjunct POSITION DESCRIPTION : Part Time T/Th 9:30am -1pm to teach Maternal Newborn/Pediatrics for the Fall 2025 semester. Additional hours may be assigned by the Nurse Education Director when needed. Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Nurse Education, the adjunct lecturer, per semester position, is responsible for the implementation of classroom and laboratory instruction of student nurses through lecture and skill laboratory experience s. EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Nursing, in Nurse Education preferred, and current, valid NJ RN license required. Current 30 CEUs for license renewal with trends and events within professional nurse education and clinical practice. EXPERIENCE: Clinical experience in a broad range of nursing specialty environments. Certification a plus. Minimum of one (1) year college teaching in a nurse education program, preferably at the community college level; and a minimum of two (2) years nursing experienc e, as appropriate to the clinical area of the course. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills required. Demonstrated clinical competency and experience in area of teaching assignment preferred.
