Hennepin Healthcare has a current opening for a 1.0 FTE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within our Cardiology Division, providing comprehensive care to general cardiology patients across both ambulatory care and inpatient settings (inpatient rounding to be 20-30% of time).

- The team consists of 12 physicians and 6 APPs, with this position teaming with 3 primary physicians in clinic
- A 1.0 FTE holds 36 hours of direct patient care with 40-minute appointments
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant (PA) studies from an accredited program
- Knowledge of electronic medical documentation system/software (e.g. Epic)
- Current licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or PA issued by the State of Minnesota (or eligibility) · Alignment with the mission of Hennepin Healthcare
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Prior clinical experience in cardiology inpatient or outpatient practice
