About the Role
This is a concierge-oriented primary care and preventive medicine position for an NP who is clinically sharp, patient-obsessed, and genuinely energized by proactive health management. You will serve as a trusted primary care provider for a panel of engaged, health-forward patients who expect more than a 10-minute appointment and a prescription — and you will deliver it.
Your scope will encompass comprehensive internal medicine and primary care, advanced preventive screenings, pulmonary function testing, chronic disease optimization, and direct collaboration with our specialist network across sports medicine, hormone health, regenerative medicine, and beyond. You will practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced — with time, tools, and a team behind you.
Clinical Scope
Your primary focus will span:
Preventive & Primary Care — Annual wellness exams, executive physicals, preventive screenings, and longitudinal chronic disease management across a concierge-standard patient panel
Internal Medicine — Comprehensive evaluation and management of complex adult patients with hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular risk, thyroid dysfunction, and related conditions
Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) — Perform and interpret spirometry and full PFT panels to support respiratory health screening, asthma management, pre-operative clearance, and athletic performance evaluation
Executive & VIP Health Programs — Deliver white-glove annual physicals, advanced lab panels, body composition analysis, and personalized wellness roadmaps for high-demand patients who expect a premium experience
Integrated Specialty Collaboration — Work directly with our sports medicine, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, and behavioral health teams to build truly integrated, whole-person care plans
Telehealth & Longitudinal Follow-Up — Manage ongoing patient relationships through in-person visits and telehealth touchpoints, ensuring continuity and proactive re-engagement
Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Wellness Care Conduct thorough annual wellness exams and executive-level physicals with advanced screening protocols. Develop personalized preventive health roadmaps. Order and interpret comprehensive lab panels, imaging, and diagnostic workups. Identify risk factors early and intervene proactively — before patients become patients.
Pulmonary & Diagnostic Testing Perform and interpret PFT studies including spirometry. Apply findings to guide clinical decision-making across respiratory management, pre-op clearance, and performance health contexts.
Chronic Disease Management Evaluate and manage hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, thyroid conditions, and metabolic health with an evidence-based, optimization-focused approach. You are not just maintaining — you are improving.
Concierge Patient Experience Operate at a VIP standard in every interaction. Educate patients clearly, communicate findings with confidence, and build the kind of long-term trust that defines a concierge practice. Your patients know your name and feel like they do.
Integrated Care Coordination Collaborate with our physician and specialist team across internal warm referrals, co-management arrangements, and multi-specialty care planning. You keep the care plan cohesive regardless of how many providers touch a patient.
Clinical Operations Maintain precise, compliant documentation in CureMD. Uphold clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Contribute to quality improvement and help shape the preventive medicine infrastructure we are actively building.
