Job Title: Nurse Manager
Job Description
Under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer and in collaboration with the Site Medical Director, the Nurse Manager will provide culturally competent medical services to low-income adult individuals in Los Angeles County, focusing specifically on underserved communities. The role involves providing leadership to RNs, LVNs, medical assistants, HIV/STD counselors, phlebotomists, and other non-administrative staff. The Nurse Manager will assure quality and cost-effective care for clinic patients, manage the course of treatment, and coordinate care with providers and other clinical support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes are achieved efficiently.
Pay - $110,000-$145,000!

Work Environment
Provide oversight, guidance, and leadership to LVNs, medical assistants, phlebotomists, and other non-administrative staff. Supervise medical assistants, HIV/STD counselors, RNs, and LVNs directly. Be available to adjust work hours on short notice for supervisor coverage at other clinical sites; travel required. Ensure clinic services operate consistently, ethically, and in compliance with contractual, state, and federal regulations and policies. Coverage is required until the final patient at the health center has departed.
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
