Nurse Manager Critical Care

Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Nurse Manager ICU! Sign on Bonus and Relocation!!

Experienced ICU leader who can provide strong clinical and operational oversight for the unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of critical care experience, along with prior leadership experience. This role is responsible for 24/7 management of the ICU, including staff oversight, patient care standards, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Recent (within the last year) Critical Care Leadership experience required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
