Nocturnist

• 7 on / 7 off
• 3 to 8 admissions per night
• $320,000 base salary with upside potential

• 7 on / 7 off – all day shifts
• 16-19 patients per day
• No procedures required
• Ample subspecialty support including 24/7 intensivist

• $265,000 base salary, can earn up to $300,000 in year 1
• All hospitalists make between $350,000 to $400,000 after the first year
