Hilton Grand Vacations at Paradise is seeking a Night Auditor to join the team. This outstanding 419-units resort is located conveniently off the Strip and is beloved by both our Owners and Guests for its peaceful atmosphere away from the bustle of the city. What will I be doing?As Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the auditing, posting and balancing of daily transactions to support the resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:
- Check-in, check-out guests.
- Assists with guest and owner needs and requests during the night shift.
- Follows audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions.
- Produces various reports for management.
- Calculates account balance at month-end and submits to accounting.
- Ensures that all charges have been posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account
- Generates housekeeping reports and prints folios departures.
- Preparing the hotel for the next day's operations.
- Additional front desk duties assigned by management
What are we looking for?- High School diploma/GED
- Proficient English language, able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred, but not required:- Associate’s Degree/College Degree
- Customer service or similar related experience.
- Resort hospitality experience.
