NPI Program Manager (Hardware/Embedded Products)
Seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to drive board and silicon execution throughout the product lifecycle. This role partners with engineering, validation, planning, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure prototype builds, board bring-up, validation, qualification, and production readiness milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage board and silicon orders supporting engineering builds, validation, and NPI schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities, readiness, and execution plans.
- Track demand, material availability, build dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.
- Drive readiness reviews, issue resolution, escalation management, and process improvements.
- Support prototype builds, qualification activities, and production ramp readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience in NPI, hardware development, electronics manufacturing, or technical program management.
- Experience managing board/silicon execution for engineering builds and validation programs.
- Strong understanding of hardware development, validation, supply chain, and NPI processes.
- Proven skills in project planning, risk management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
