Role Description

This is an on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant located in Rock Hill, SC. The New Home Sales Consultant will assist clients throughout the home-buying process, deliver outstanding customer service, build strong relationships with prospective buyers, and provide detailed information about our homes and communities. Additional responsibilities include presenting floor plans, offering guidance on financing options, developing sales strategies, walking the customer through design selections and coordinating with the construction to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and New Home Sales experience
• Hyphen Solutions experience a plus
• Sales strategies and techniques, as well as negotiation skills
• Experience with client engagement and relationship management
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in effective communication, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with the real estate industry or new home construction is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
