Setting: Mix of outpatient, OR first-assist, and inpatient duties

What You'll Do
- Partner One-on-One: Work closely alongside a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon.
- Scrub In: Act as first-assist in the OR on a wide variety of cranial and spinal cases.
- Drive Patient Care: Manage comprehensive care in the clinic for both pre-op and post-op visits.
- Manage the Floor: Oversee inpatient hospital duties and rounds.
- Enjoy Work-Life Balance: Dependable Monday–Friday schedule with a light on-call rotation (approximately 1 in 8).
Who We're Looking For
- PAs with previous experience in neurosurgery or another relevant surgical specialty. (Note: We are willing to train candidates with general surgical experience or exceptional new graduates with relevant clinical rotations in neurosurgery/spine surgery).
- Ability to obtain a Colorado Physician Assistant License.
- Active DEA License.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification.
