The Department of Medicine at Woodhull Medical Center, an affiliate of NYU School of Medicine, located in North Brooklyn, is dedicated to exceptional patient care and outstanding medical education. Woodhull Medical Center is recognized for evaluating patients with neurological diseases, performing the latest clinical investigations, and working with the next generation of physicians and neurologists.

We are recruiting an exceptional neurologist to join our team of professionals. The neurology candidate would be comfortable in diagnosis and treating conditions including mental illness, cancer, stroke, epilepsy, spinal trauma, cognitive and behavioral disorders, infections, brain injuries, movement disorders, sleep problems, cerebral palsy, and encephalitis, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and Huntington’s disease. The candidate should be familiar with using diagnostic tests such as MRIs, CAT scans, SPECT tests, PET scans, lumbar punctures, spinal taps, electroencephalography, electromyography and nerve-conduction velocity tests.

Candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology, Subspecialties encouraged.

Salary range: $300k-$350K
