Network Telecommunications Manager/Engineer w/ VOIP

Position: Telecommunications Manager 2

Location: Austin, TX 78752 (Hybrid)

• Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms
• Support ongoing and planned initiatives, including:
• SD-WAN implementation and optimization
• Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
• Security integrations (e.g., Secure Workload, NGFW, identity services)
• Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

7 - Required - Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience performing supervisory/management work including providing clear direction to subordinates; promoting teamwork and motivating others to accomplish goals.

7 - Preferred - Minimum of seven (7) years’ of experience with administration, maintenance, and design of Cisco VoIP solutions is required.

5 - Preferred - Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a networking team in a highly complex environment.

5 - Preferred - Experienced with implementation and support of 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environment.
