Our team develops next-generation technologies supporting space, intelligence, and national security missions. We work across the full engineering lifecycle, including concept development, requirements, design, integration, testing, deployment, and operational support.
We are seeking an Experienced or Lead Network Designer to join a high-performing engineering team supporting advanced government programs. This role will focus on designing, configuring, maintaining, and modernizing enterprise network infrastructure in support of mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and upgrade network components supporting operational and modernization efforts
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Perform preventative maintenance activities, including patch management and system updates
- Troubleshoot network problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, security devices, and related equipment
- Support backup, recovery, and continuity operations
- Assist with system integration, testing, and deployment activities
- Support highly secure environments and mission-critical infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Hands-on experience configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining:
- Routers
- Switches
- Firewalls
- Network infrastructure equipment
- High-performance computing equipment
- Server racks
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI Polygraph or Full Scope Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of related networking or infrastructure experience
- Experience supporting Ground Systems Maintenance and Modernization environments
- Experience with virtual ground station hardware
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Active networking certifications such as:
- CCNA
- CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise networking, infrastructure support, and troubleshooting within highly secure environments. Experience supporting government, defense, intelligence, aerospace, or other mission-critical programs is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable working hands-on with network hardware while supporting modernization and operational initiatives.
