The Oncology Navigator functions on the multidisciplinary care team as an advocate, interpreter, educator and counselor for Providence St. Mary Medical Regional Cancer Center patients.  The Navigator serves as a single point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and caregivers to provide resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offer within PSMRCC and in the community.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
  • Within 3 years of hire Oncology Nurse Certified

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Certified Nurse in disease specific process
