La Playa Beach & Golf Resort, part of the award-winning Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection, is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive group and corporate business across key markets. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with energetic outreach, and who loves being the face of a premier hospitality brand.

  • Represent a luxury beachfront resort with a strong reputation and loyal client base
  • Own national accounts and have a direct impact on revenue growth
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Travel, attend industry trade shows, and build influential relationships

Requirements

  • Proactively generate group and corporate business across multiple market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, associations, and representation firms
  • Conduct direct sales calls, prospecting, site inspections, and follow-up activities
  • Promote resort accommodations, F&B outlets, recreation, and meeting spaces
  • Attend and represent the resort at trade shows, meetings, and industry events
  • Coordinate with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing on strategy, reporting, and opportunities
  • Manage booking processes, contracts, call reports, and required sales documentation
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and upper management sales reports
  • Stay current on hospitality and industry trends to continuously improve results


Experience:

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or a related service industry
  • Proven ability to build relationships and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of outreach and maintaining an active sales schedule
  • Customer-service mindset with a polished, professional presence

Work Environment:

  • Active engagement via phone, email, in-person meetings, and travel as required
  • Fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
