National Accounts Fiber Coordinator (Account Representative)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused National Accounts Fiber Coordinator to support the movement of recyclable materials between distribution centers, processing facilities, and customers. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, logistics, sales, and accounting teams to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and exceptional customer service.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional overtime opportunities based on business needs
- Hybrid work environment with scheduled in-office days and flexibility to report onsite as needed
Key Responsibilities
Account Coordination & Customer Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding orders, shipments, and account inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned accounts.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, accounting, and operations teams to support customer needs.
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining accurate account information.
Logistics & Scheduling
- Manage weekly shipment allocations and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor transportation schedules to ensure on-time service.
- Work closely with logistics providers and customers to address scheduling changes and exceptions.
- Help maintain inventory flow and support operational efficiency.
Administrative & Reporting
- Process customer and supplier transactions accurately.
- Maintain account documentation and records within company systems.
- Monitor and track shipment activity and performance metrics.
- Assist with invoice and payment inquiries by coordinating with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Support training efforts for new team members.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, account coordination, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or administrative support
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a high-volume customer service or support environment
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, recycling, manufacturing, or distribution operations
