Role Description

The National Account Customer Service Coordinator is a full-time, remote or on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless relocation experience, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating relocation logistics, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing timely support to ensure excellent service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer-centric skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and enhancing the Customer Experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to maintain clear and professional interactions with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Service and handling customer interactions effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in logistics, moving services, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools is highly desirable.
