Position Overview:
This role goes beyond a traditional lube technician position. As an Entry-Level Technician, you'll perform a variety of maintenance and light repair tasks, gaining hands-on experience and building your automotive skill set in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance
• Assist with inspections and light repair work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer standards
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field
• Ability to work Saturdays (required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay up to $17/hour, based on experience
• Full-time hours
