We are representing a reputable Multifamily General Contractor and are looking to add an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing New Ground Up Multifamily projects, assuming responsibility for the project's entire lifecycle.

Location: NC & SC

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently a Multifamily Superintendent with a General Contractor or Developer.
• Successful completion of at least 2+ Multifamily projects as a Lead Superintendent.
• Proficient in creating and managing a 2-week lookahead schedule, with the ability to make necessary adjustments.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee on-site subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and leading by example.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
