Elevétion Health – Performance & Longevity Medicine
This is a senior clinical integration role. Do not apply if your experience is limited to a single domain (e.g., nutrition-only, genetics-only, or coaching-only).
About Elevétion
At Elevétion, we do not deliver fragmented insights.
We deliver one unified, data-driven care plan that patients can execute.
Our model integrates multiple data streams — including genetic, metabolic, microbiome, and lifestyle inputs — into a single, coherent strategy aligned across the entire care team.
This is enforced through a defined clinical workflow — ensuring patients receive one voice, one plan, and zero conflicting guidance.
The Role
We are hiring a Multi-System Integrator to replace a senior clinical leader responsible for building and delivering integrated care plans.
This role functions as the Genomic Integrator within our clinical system — the point where all data, specialist input, and clinical findings are synthesized into one final strategy.
You are not working independently.
You are operating within a structured, SOP-driven model designed to ensure alignment, precision, and consistency across all patient care.
You are not here just to interpret deep clinical data.
You are here to transform complex clinical inputs into a clear, executable plan — and ensure the patient experiences clarity, confidence, and world-class care and support.
What You Will Do
- Interpret and synthesize multi-system clinical data, including:
- Genetic and epigenetic profiles
- Blood-based and metabolic markers
- Microbiome and digestive health inputs
- Mitochondrial Function and Efficiency
- Existing protocols and patient history
- Build comprehensive 3-month care plans, including:
- Personalized nutrition and dietary strategy
- Supplementation protocols
- Lifestyle and performance optimization
- Evaluate and integrate input from multiple specialists into one cohesive, non-conflicting plan
- Conduct in-depth telehealth consultations (1hr+ on average), guiding patients through both data and execution
- Ensure all patient-facing recommendations are:
- Aligned across the clinical team
- Structured for adherence
- Delivered with clarity and confidence
Decision Scope & Structure
This role:
- Owns the synthesis and structure of the integrated care plan
- Owns dietary strategy and supplementation within that plan
- Acts as the final integration checkpoint before anything reaches the patient
This role does NOT:
- Operate outside the defined clinical framework
- Override medical or clinician provider-level decisions
- Deliver fragmented or unaligned recommendations
You are operating as the integration lead within a coordinated clinical system — not a standalone authority.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Have advanced training in clinical nutrition, functional medicine, nutrigenomics, and systems-based health(Doctorate strongly preferred)
- Have 3+ years of experience integrating multi-system clinical data into treatment strategies
- Demonstrate deep expertise in:
- Nutritional genomics and systems biology
- clinical epigenetic testing and understanding
- Clinical nutrition and dietary strategy design
- Supplementation and nutrient optimization
- Metabolic, endocrine, and immune function
- Build complete, actionable care plans (not just interpretations)
- Translate complex science into clear patient guidance
- Operate as a team player within a structured clinical model
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in precision or performance medicine
- Experience working with high-performing clientele who expect results and answers
- Familiarity with advanced therapeutic strategies (medications, peptides, etc.)
- Experience contributing to or operating within structured clinical workflows
Who This Role Is For
This role is for clinicians who:
- Think in multiple complex systems, not silos
- Value alignment over autonomy
- Want to own clinical clarity and patient outcomes
- Can operate at a senior level within a defined framework
This is not a role for:
- Report reviewers
- Coaches without clinical depth
- Specialists who cannot integrate across clinical systems and domains
Compensation
- Contract (1099)
- $70-110 (depending on experience) per patient engagement (consultation + preparation+charting and delivery)
- Flexible schedule
Screening Questions (Required)
- Do you have 3+ years of experience integrating multiple clinical data systems into treatment plans?
- Have you built complete nutrition + detailed custom supplementation protocols for patients?
- Are you comfortable operating within a structured clinical system with defined roles and boundaries?
- Are you comfortable being responsible for the final integrated care plan delivered to patients?
- Are you comfortable working as a 1099 contractor paid per patient engagement?
Final Filter
In 4–6 sentences send Brad a message and:
Explain how you would take inputs from multiple sources (genetic, metabolic, gut, lifestyle) and build a single, unified care plan without creating conflicting recommendations.
Final Positioning
This role replaces a senior clinical integrator and requires:
- Systems thinking
- Clinical depth
- Precision execution
You are not here to provide insights.
- You are here to deliver clarity, alignment, and results.
