Your new role
The Multi‑Site Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple residential communities. This role leads on‑site teams, ensures regulatory and operational compliance, and serves as a key point of contact for residents, partners, and senior leadership to drive strong property performance and long‑term community success.
- Oversee multiple residential communities, ensuring strong operational performance and resident satisfaction
- Lead day‑to‑day property operations including leasing, maintenance oversight, compliance, and vendor management
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for residents and on‑site teams
- Serve as the primary escalation point for resident concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion
- Manage budgets, rent rolls, occupancy targets, and financial reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–7 years of experience in residential property management
- At least 2 years in a Community Manager or Property Manager role
- Strong working knowledge of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC/Tax Credit
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and resolve conflict effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and rent collection oversight
