Job Summaryhe Multi‑Line Liability Claim Representative II is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of commercial liability claims across multiple client accounts and jurisdictions. This role manages a diverse desk that includes Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Municipal claimshandling matters involving bodily injury, property damage, and litigation.
This is a remote position supporting a national claim portfolio within a fast‑paced TPA environment. The role requires independent judgment, strong technical claim knowledge, and the ability to manage litigation, negotiations, and client expectations while maintaining compliance with CCMSI standards and service commitments.
