Description:You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Lockheed Martin team which is responsible for delivering world‑class F‑35 production operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing production workforce and ensuring the aircraft is built to exacting standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and direct production employees, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution.
- Drive build plans and implement changes that improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment, enforcing compliance with core processes and required certifications.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and quantify the business value of new capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as IT, Facilities, Production Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience with Aircraft maintenance or Aerospace manufacturing/productions methodologies in a professional environment, or relevant experience.
• Experience using tools, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, &/or quality)
• MS Office proficiency, mainly with Teams, Outlook, and Excel
Desired Skills:• Experience or familiarity with Tube Bending and Forming, Tube Welding Processes, and Tube Paint and Processing
• Knowledge of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention and First Time Right (FTR) principles.
• Experience in a union environment, working with Labor Relations and HR teams.
• Proficiency in SFM, APRISO, production tracking systems, or manufacturing software
• Knowledge of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills to support employee development and engagement.
• Ability to work weekend rotations and overtime.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
