Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician – Full Time📍 Elkhart, Indiana

We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to help support daily operations and keep our equipment and facility systems running at peak performance.
Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs across the facility. This role is vital to maximizing production uptime and supporting a safe, functional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Replace or repair motors, pumps, belts, bearings, sensors, valves, and other components
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and service calls
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
- Assist with equipment moves, facility upgrades, and improvement projects
- Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment
- Support general building maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC assistance
QualificationsRequired:- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, motor controls, sensors)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a production environment
Preferred:- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Welding or fabrication skills
- HVAC or plumbing knowledge in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
