Job Summary 1:

We are seeking a highly seasoned Program Manager (15+ years of experience) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O / F&SC) to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation for our client BDO.

This is a senior leadership role, positioned one level above a Project Manager, requiring strong executive presence, assertive stakeholder management, and proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 implementations in complex enterprise environments.

The Program Manager will own the entire client relationship, govern delivery across multiple workstreams, align with implementation partners, and ensure adherence to best practices, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

Program & Client Leadership

• Own end-to-end program delivery for the D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation

• Act as the primary senior-level interface with BDO executives and business stakeholders

• Drive decision-making, manage escalations, and maintain executive-level communications

• Ensure program objectives align with client business strategy and transformation goals


Job Summary 2:

We are hiring an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant to join a Top 5 Accounting firm’s Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team. The role focuses on Trade Pricing and Rebates/Supply Chain/Sales within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), supporting strategy, implementation, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, requirements gathering, and configuration for D365 F&O (Trade Pricing & Rebates)

• Analyze business processes and define future-state solutions

• Support ERP implementations, testing, user training, and post–go-live support

• Partner with technical teams to clarify functional requirements

• Manage workstreams, risks, issues, and documentation

• Provide client-facing consulting and solution recommendations

To support our client's double-digit growth goals, our client is seeking an Experienced Manager / D365 F&O SA who will be part of an Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of Microsoft D365 F&SCM solutions to help manage strategy and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. This role will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Solutions and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning, finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.


Job Duties:

• Strategy, Requirements & Selection:

o Participates in defining needs for existing and new EBA solutions

o Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted

o Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements

o Envisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients

o Understands related security structures and best practices

o Designs and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications

o Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options

o Supports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client
