Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM with Power Platform Developer to join Ford's Enterprise Technology Group. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online with 365), with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and portal development.
This role requires hands-on proficiency in testing, implementing, debugging, and documenting complex CRM programs. The candidate will work directly with Ford business customers — understanding their requirements and converting them into robust software design documents and CRM solutions. Strong communication skills, global client management experience, and the ability to work within Agile delivery teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dynamics 365 CRM Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, test, implement, debug, and document complex Dynamics 365 CRM programs and customized solutions
- Develop and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service module — case management, queues, routing rules, SLA configuration, and agent experience
- Build and maintain Dynamics 365 Portal / Power Pages solutions for external-facing customer and partner self-service scenarios
- Develop efficient client-side scripting using JavaScript, Plug-Ins (C#), Custom Workflows, and Custom Business Processes
- Design and implement custom business process flows (BPFs), business rules, and system views within Dataverse
- Ensure all standard requirements are met and perform thorough technical analysis on project assignments
2. Power Platform Development
- Design and build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to extend Dynamics 365 or deliver standalone business applications
- Develop Power Automate cloud flows for process automation, approval workflows, and event-driven notifications
- Build effective and efficient business workflow processes using Power Platform tools aligned with Ford's operational needs
- Support Power Platform ALM — solution management, environment strategy, and deployment across Dev/Test/Prod
3. Technical Analysis & Solution Design
- Understand business needs from Ford business customers and convert them into detailed software design documents
- Analyze and interpret both technical and functional documents to inform solution design
- Translate business requirements into CRM configurations, customizations, and technical designs
- Create detailed technical documentation for various project assignments — design specs, configuration guides, and integration docs
- Ensure solutions meet all standard requirements through rigorous technical analysis and design review
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience including Portal / Power Pages development
- 7+ years of hands-on development with C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS in a D365 context
- Proven Power Platform experience — Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience developing effective business workflow processes in D365 and Power Platform
- Experience with MSD development, production support, and issue resolution
- Expertise managing global clients and supporting new CRM rollouts to different markets
- Application / system development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge — design, development, and integration
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment using Agile project management methodology
- Must be able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering or related disciplines
