This Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (MRI) will provide highquality magnetic resonance imaging services to support the diagnostic and treatment needs Veteran patients at the VA Long Beach Healthcare SystemKey Responsibilities:Perform MRI examinations following established protocols and Radiologist directives.Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively, ensuring highquality diagnostic images.Position patients accurately while maintaining comfort and safety.Review images for diagnostic quality prior to submission for interpretation.Maintain MRI suite readiness, including equipment checks and adherence to MRI safety standards.Collaborate with Radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to support coordinated patient care.Follow all VA, hospital, and regulatory documentation and compliance requirements.Required Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.ARRT (R) required; ARRT (MR) strongly preferred.Minimum one year of MRI experience in a hospital or acutecare setting.Knowledge of MRI physics, safety protocols, and crosssectional anatomy.Ability to work independently in a fastpaced imaging environment.New Grads... call me, lets discuss your experience recblid 4iv6du98rcejw4s7cr1iuphpnba9pg
