We’re also home to notable specialty programs, including cancer care, heart surgery, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery services (including a Level III neonatal intensive care unit) and a nationally designated Comprehensive Stroke Center.

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with 8-hour evening shifts. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, with potential schedule variations and weekends as needed. Participation in the on-call rotation is required. This position is based at Scripps Anderson Medical Pavilion with the potential to float to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

• New Graduates (must have at least 1 year of MRI Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)

• Must remain in original department/specialty

• Must remain in original Job Title

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience in radiologic imaging obtained through a hospital-based training program or other formalized on-the-job program, in combination with current licensure/certification
• Excellent investigative, interpersonal and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of MRI experience
• Cardiac and Breast experience
