Job Overview

1. Be responsible for following up the due calibration of measuring instruments and equipment, the implementation of calibration and the audit of calibration results;

2. Be responsible for measurement system analysis, optimization of MSA method and abnormal follow-up of measurement system;

3. Be responsible for following up the implementation of important measurement system analysis, reviewing analysis reports and tracking the improvement of unqualified measurement systems;

4. Be responsible for the implementation of electrostatic protection in production line, optimize ESD protection scheme and follow up ESD abnormality;

5. When the measuring instruments and equipment are abnormal, confirm the status of the instruments and equipment, and ask PQE to evaluate the abnormal degree and track the progress.

6. Be responsible for the implementation of necessary training to improve the operational skills and abilities of internal personnel; Participate in the evaluation of new equipment calibration method, cable release review and other work;


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering/management; Major in vehicle engineering/chemical engineering/materials/machinery/electronics/automation is preferred;
  2. At least 5 years QMS quality system working experience in vehicle manufacturing (main engine factory) and parts industry (first-class supplier), power battery industry experience is preferred;
  3. 2 years or more team management experience (≥ 3 people)
  4. Science and engineering major
  5. Be familiar with the relevant standard clauses of IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 and their application; Familiar with ISO17025 laboratory management system
  6. Received training in quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC;
  7. Familiar with quality-related tools, such as QC seven tools;
  8. Master the use and principle of conventional measuring instruments and equipment (such as three coordinates, etc.), and be familiar with the development of measuring methods and the treatment of abnormal measurement;
  9. Familiar with calibration specifications of various measuring instruments and analysis of relevant measuring systems;
  10. Familiar with the requirements of electrostatic protection system;
  11. Strong ability of pressure resistance, communication and coordination, data analysis and risk assessment;
  12. Good English reading and writing skills, oral English is preferred;
  13. Have leadership and can guide the team to develop positively


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
