Move Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end domestic household goods (HHG) moves within the U.S.
• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the move lifecycle
• Schedule packing, loading, linehaul transportation, and delivery services
• Dispatch and communicate with drivers, crews, and origin/destination agents
• Prepare and manage estimates, bills of lading, inventories, and move paperwork
• Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers
• Resolve service issues such as delays, damages, or scheduling conflicts
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Coordinate storage-in-transit (SIT) and final delivery arrangements
• Maintain accurate job records within CRM or move management systems
• Support claims processes and post-move customer follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure service excellence

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in domestic household goods (HHG) moving/relocation
• Strong understanding of interstate moving processes and documentation
