If you enjoy working outdoors, managing your own day, and taking pride in your work, we want you on our team.The RoleAs a Mosquito Control Technician, you will be the face of EnviroCare for our residential and commercial clients. You will manage a daily route, operating a company vehicle to visit customer properties and apply specialized mosquito control treatments.What Youll Do:Safely drive a company vehicle to customer properties throughout the Birmingham and Vestavia Hills areas.Inspect properties to identify mosquito breeding grounds and resting areas.Apply treatments using a motorized backpack sprayer (weighing up to 50+ lbs) in a safe and effective manner.Communicate professionally with clients, explaining treatments and answering questions.Maintain accurate digital service records using our field service software.Keep your company vehicle, equipment, and materials clean, organized, and properly maintained.What Were Looking ForA Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving history (non-negotiable).Physical Stamina: Ability to carry a 40-50 lb backpack sprayer and walk properties extensively in the Alabama summer heat.Independence & Reliability: You will manage your own route and must be trusted to show up on time and do the job right without micromanagement.Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills and a clean, professional appearance.Experience: Prior pest control or route-based service experience is a plus, but we will fully train the right candidate.
