Hiring Now: Quality Review Specialist/Mortgage Specialist
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site)
Duration: 2+ Months
Pay Rate: $23/hr (W2 – no benefits and PTO)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Review Specialist to support loan processing and compliance activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor loan pipelines to ensure timely receipt of critical documents for disbursement and SLA adherence
• Coordinate with local offices, notaries, and signing providers to obtain signed documents
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
• Verify funds collection, signatures, acknowledgements, and legal descriptions
• Identify and resolve defects prior to disbursement
• Support additional tasks as needed while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Follow procedures to minimize operational risk and ensure quality output
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of mortgage recording requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and self-motivation
