Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in a processing or administrative role
• Basic knowledge of mortgage loans and mortgage documentation
• Comfortable using PC and internet-based tools
• Advanced Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience using the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) system
• Prior customer service experience
• Familiarity with recasts, partial releases, and mortgage modifications

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Consumer Loan Specialist on to the team. This role supports mortgage operations by processing loan documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day to day administrative tasks.
