Mobility Operations Specialist

Shift & Schedule: Mon - Fri 3:30PM - 12:00AM
Must Have: 3 Years Drivers License
Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Mobility Operations Specialist with a "can-do" attitude to join our parking and logistics team. In this role, you will be the boots on the ground ensuring that field tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner, and deployments are organized for high-priority projects and special events. You will work closely with the team to manage equipment, maintain site standards, and provide high-quality service.
Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Project Readiness
Safe & Timely Deployment: Execute the setup and breakdown of delineators, windsigns, and traffic control equipment according to project timelines while following all safety protocols for roadside and lot work.
Site Organization: Ensure stalls are reserved and lots are closed or modified precisely as planned for upcoming events and projects.
Equipment Security: Responsible for the safety and security of all company equipment during deployment and storage.
Enforcement & Detailed Reporting
Activity Monitoring: Monitor overnight vehicle activity and provide clear, timely reports to the Shift Supervisor.
Accurate Data Entry: Document vehicle information for compliance.
Hazard Reporting: Promptly report any known accidents, safety hazards, violations of company policy, or unusual occurrences.
Maintenance & Fleet Care
Equipment Upkeep: Maintain high presentation standards by operating trailers and pressure washing equipment safely to keep signage and parking areas clean.
Fleet Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure they are safe, operational, and ready for daily tasks.
Facilities Support: Complete maintenance tasks and small cleaning projects according to company checklists and safety guidelines.
Customer Service & Professionalism
Tact & Diplomacy: Exercise sound judgment, tact, and professional communication when interacting with team members, employees, and guests.
Service Standards: Uphold company branding by maintaining a professional uniform appearance and providing a helpful greeting to everyone you encounter.
Safety-First Mindset: A strong commitment to performing all physical tasks (lifting, hitching/ towing, and deploying) using proper safety techniques.
Efficiency & Teamwork: Ability to complete tasks accurately and quickly within a fast-paced team environment while supporting colleagues.
Communication: Strong ability to follow multi-step instructions and report findings clearly and safely to supervisors.
Physical Execution: Comfortable working outdoors and capable of handling the physical requirements of signage deployment, including operating trailers and maintenance equipment.
