Job Duties
Transport residents in a facility-owned vehicle to appointments
Operate facility sedans, station wagons, small passenger vans, or pick-up trucks up to and including 1 ton rating
Maintain vehicle records of each trip made, mileage, oil and gas consumption, etc.

Appointment Type:Part Time / WAE (not to exceed 1,245 hours in a 12-month period)
Work Schedule:Work hours are vary depending on patient appointments.
