The Mobile Building Engineer / Facilities Maintenance Compressor Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability, safety, and performance of compressed air systems, HVAC, and building infrastructure across multiple facilities. This role supports plant and facility operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and assisting with equipment installations and upgrades. As a key contributor to operational excellence, this position promotes a safe work environment, maintains essential building systems, and ensures the integrity and functionality of facilities that support core business operations.

Work Environment
This role operates in both office and industrial or warehouse environments, working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You will support multiple facilities within a regional area, including travel to locations such as New Mexico, Pecos, Midland, Odessa, and surrounding areas. The schedule requires the ability to start the workday as early as 6:00 a.m. and no later than 8:00 a.m., with the potential for extended hours, overtime, shift work, and on-call assignments during emergencies or high-priority situations. At times you may be the only maintenance staff member on duty, requiring comfort working independently in active industrial settings that may include noise, dust, and heavy equipment. Work involves frequent use of tools, ladders, and industrial equipment, as well as regular use of CMMS and standard office software for documentation and communication. Attire should be appropriate for industrial and field work, including safety gear suitable for plant and outdoor conditions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
