Position: Flutter Developer
Employment Type: Full-time (FTE)
Location: New York – Day 1 Onsite (Hybrid)
There will be 4 technical video interviews with coding snippets.
Role Overview
As a Flutter Developer you will be responsible for designing and developing cross platform mobile applications using Flutter within the Financial Services Insurance domain You will collaborate with UIUX designers backend developers and business teams to deliver high quality scalable and secure mobile solutions that meet client requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Implement responsive UI components and ensure seamless user experience across platforms
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Work in Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
- Ensure compliance with security and quality standards
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language
- 6+ years of experience in building cross platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Knowledge of state management solutions like Provider Bloc or River pod
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Preferred Skills
- Exposure to native mobile development Android or iOS for platform specific integrations
- Experience with CICD pipelines for mobile app deployment
- Knowledge of insurance domain processes and compliance requirements
